Terms and Conditions:
* All quotations are in U.S. dollar. Any revisions in rates shall be advised at the time of confirmation.
* Payment must be made in U.S. dollar. 50% of which must be received 30 days before the
passenger's arrival and full payment must be made prior to departure.
* Cancellations: While Rajah Tours does not levy any cancellation charges, however, some hotels,
restaurants, transport and other contractors may charge such fees on a case-to-case basis.
* Liability: While all efforts shall be taken to ensure faithful compliance with requested services and
facilities, however, Rajah Tours Philippines, Inc. is acting only in the capacity of an agent and
therefore will not be responsible for any delays, damages, losses, injuries, accidents, irregularities
and other accidental cost which may may be caused either by willful or negligents acts on the part
of the individual or companies providing the services and facilities connected with the tour or caused
by forfuitous events.
* Tipping is generally expected for any services.
Remarks:
Ø Above rates are net in per person basis.
Ø All dates are inclusive.
Ø Room type on Run-of-House basis unless otherwise stated.
Ø If travel straddles two seasons, we need to recalculate the appropriate package prices.
Ø All requests are subject to space availability at time of booking.
