Promo Term Terms

Reserve now pay next year. This means just pay the Reservation payment. Succeeding payments
will commences January 2010.

For Studio Units
                              P15,000  for 48 months      -      very good deal                                     
2.5% of the Total Contract Price  on the 20th month
2.5% of the Total Contract Price  on the 30th month
2.5% of the Total Contract Price  on the 40th month
Balance upon turnover

For 1 Bedroom Units
 P15,000 per month      for   48 months 
P15,000 per month for 01 - 12 months
P18,000 per month for 13 - 24 months
P20,000 per month for 25 - 36 months
P25,000 per month for 37 - 48 months
2.5% of the Total Contract Price  on the 20th month
2.5% of the Total Contract Price  on the 30th month
2.5% of the Total Contract Price  on the 40th month
Balance upon turnover

Notes:
A.   Reservations Fee:  P25,000/unit to be deducted from the Down Payment or
from the total discounted price for No Down Payment Terms.
   B.  The turnover balance is payable in cash, in-house financing or bank financing
based on prevailing rate at the time of availment.

Not withstanding the above payment terms, all outstanding balances shall become due and demandable upon turnover.
