Notes:
A. Reservations Fee: P25,000/unit to be deducted from the Down Payment or fron the total discounted price for
No Down Payment Terms.
B. The trunover balance is payable in cash, in-house financing or bank financing based on prevailing rate at the
time of availment.
Not withstanding the above payment terms, all outstanding balances shall become due and demandable upon turnover.
