|
Tour the largest city in America, New York City. You can see Wall Street, New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Ground Zero, Empire State Building Observation Deck*, United Nations Headquarters, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum*, Fifth Avenue, St. Patrick’s Cathedral and enjoy a Manhattan Harbor Cruise* to see the Statue of Liberty. After dinner, proceed to hotel in Philadelphia.

| Day 3 PHILADELPHIA - WASHINGTON DC |
|
In the morning, take a short ride to Philadelphia. You will visit the Independence Hall – the historic site of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, Old Capitol Building and the new home for Liberty Bell. Then, heading south through Delaware, Maryland and arrived at the capital, Washington D.C. : White House, Capitol Hill, Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Korean Veterans Memorial, Washington Monument, and see the Hope Diamond in Natural History Museum.

| Day 4 WASHINGTON DC - NIAGARA FALLS |
|
Head north to visit Hershey Chocolate World via Harrisburg. In the afternoon, visit Corning Glass Center & Museum*. Arrive at Niagara Falls by the evening. You can enjoy the night view of the illuminated American Niagara Falls or an optional night tour of Niagara Falls at Canadian side.

| Day 5 NIAGARA FALLS - TORONTO |
|
Walk along Goat Island of the Niagara Falls, you can stand just next to the spectacular waterfalls and watch them fall down 176 feet. Take the Maid of the Mist * boat ride, a breathtaking experience of confronting the huge falls and its thunderous sound. Pass through The Rainbow Bridge and enter Canada Border, have a multi-angle view of the whole Niagara Falls. Begin heading to Toronto in the afternoon. Tour the financial district, City Hall which has a nickname “Sky Eye”, Ontario Parliament Building and Toronto University. Visit the symbol of the city CN Tower* and take the high speed elevator to the observation deck and walk on the “Glass Floor”, like walking in the air.

| Day 6 TORONTO - THOUSAND ISLANDS - OTTAWA - MONTREAL |
|
Heading east to 1000 Islands in the morning, take the 1000 Islands Boat Cruise*. After that visit the capital of Canada - Ottawa; includes the Parliament Building, Centennial Flame and Governor’s House. You can take pictures of the Palace Guards during the summer time. Keep heading east to Montreal; visit St. Joseph Oratory, Mount Royal, and Olympic Stadium.

| Day 7 MONTREAL - QUEBEC - BOSTON |
|
Visit the provincial capital of Quebec– Quebec City, a city surrounded by wall. Enjoy a walking tour in this historic city; see those historical building like Chateau Frontenac, Place Royal etc. After enjoying a traditional French cuisine, we will return to America. Arrive at Boston in the evening where the lobster feasts are waiting for you.

|
Tour the historic city – Boston. In the morning, visit Harvard University, M.I.T., Boston Common, State House and take the Boston Harbor Cruise*, enjoy the view while listen to the history of the city and the oldest battle ship “USS Constitution”. After enjoying lunch in a multi-cultural atmosphere in Quincy Market, we have to say good-bye. Transfer to Logan Airport around noon time(book flights depart BOS after 3pm) and then proceed to New York (book flights depart JFK / LGA after 8:30 pm)

1. All the listed tours are designed by Super Vacation, and we shall do our best to make sure
all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned.
2. Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a delay in transportation before
the tours departures, Super Vacation reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel the tour.
For any loss or additional charges incurred shall be borne by the participants.
3. For making sure our tours can be completed as planned, if anyone among the tour group
interferes with any of the tour's activity, we reserve the right to refuse the said individual to
continue with the group; and we shall not be responsible for any act by the said individual
thereafter. No refund shall be given.
4. For any unforeseen situation, such as traffic, road conditions, accidents, mechanical problems,
authority of law, public enemies, strikes, riots or any other natural circumstances beyond our
control, SV reserves the right to change the itinerary and tour fare without prior notice.
5. All tour participants should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the
government of the visiting country, including but not limited to the Immigration and Customs
laws. Super Vacation will not be responsible for the act of any tour participant.
6. By accepting the tickets and any related vouchers or document, the passenger agrees that
neither Super Vacation nor any of our representatives shall be liable for any loss, injury, or
damage to you or your personal belongings, or in connection with any accommodations,
transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following
circumstances:
---- i. theft, mechanical breakdowns, government actions, political unrest, terrorism, strikes,
lockouts, war, weather, natural disasters or other factors and causes beyond our control;
---- ii. acts of vandalism, air or land piracy, burglaries, accidents, injuries, assaults or any
physical harm to you or your personal belongings;
---- iii. your failure to follow instructions including but not limited to check-in/out times and
baggage handling;
--- iv. your failure to obtain required documentation including passport, visas, health certificate,
or others where required;
7. All the fares printed in brochures are for reference only; we reserve the right to change
according to operational cost, hotel availability, or other causes, without prior notice.
Please re-confirm the tour fare with our representative when you make the reservation.
8. We reserve the right to cancel all scheduled departures if the numbers of participants fall below
10 in one group.
9. Super Vacation accepts no responsibility for value, quality, reliability or authenticity of any goods
purchased while on tour.

| RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY |
|
1. For Bus Tours - Deposit of US$50 is required when making reservation; the rest of the amount
must be paid 7 days prior to departure date. For Bus-Air Tours - Deposit of US$250 is required
when making reservation; the rest of the amount must be paid 15 days prior to departure date.
Failure to comply with deposit and final payment requirement will result in cancellation of your
reservation and no refund of deposit will be given. The paid deposit may not apply to another
party, tour date or tour itinerary.
2. Please triple re-confirm the name used for reservation is the name listed on the passport. Once
tickets are issued, penalties will apply for alternations.
3. Bus Tour Cancellation policy:
---- i. 3 Days before departure - No penalty;
---- ii. within 2 Days of departure - No refund will be given.
4. Bus-Air Tour Cancellation policy:
---- i. 15 days before departure - $100 handling fee will be charged;
---- ii. 7 days before departure - 50% of the tour fee will be charged;
---- iii. Within 7 days of departure - No refund will be given.
5. No refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the passenger on his/her
own accord.
6. Since air tickets, accommodations, transportation and meals have to be arranged in advance
in peak seasons such as Chinese New Year, Easter, Summer vacation, Christmas and
New Year, no change including departure date, name, tour, and itinerary is allowed.

| TRAVEL INSURANCE |
| Super Vacation strongly recommend our customers to acquire insurance on medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. We act as agent for suppliers of transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations, all terms and conditions will be borne by the respective suppliers, and Super Vacation shall be exempt from any liability for loss or damage of properties, injury to people, delays, accidents, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. |

5. Airport taxes and other related charges. |

1. Please have warmer clothings for the cooler tempreture in San Francisco, Bryce Canyon,
Grand Canyon and Yellowstone National Park.
2. Suggest wearing hat and comfortable shoes for your comfort during tour.
3. Suggest tips to tour guide and driver $5/person/day.
4. Fare excludes travel insurance, optional tours and personal expenses.
5. No meal and admission fee is included in the fare, except those specified in the itinerary.
6. Air ticket is excluded from the fare unless the itinerary has already mentioned "Ticket Included".
